The worst comoany ever i had been working. They utilise the manpower and never pay for it even during this COVID pandemic. They should have stopped the process. But they asked us to work without any pay out

The office manager is awesome,you can go ahead and in case you face anything at all regarding process or leaves anything he would figure out a solution,just have to be honest.He would constantly ask for employee input on how to ease the process for the employees

Nothing in perticular in CRM, depending upon the campaign, in house campaigns are okay but there are some tough campaigns that would occassionally comes through that are notorious to handle

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
