The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

There is nothing to like here only company makes fool of employees. 0% work culture..

No employees to joins a company only to resign after 3 or six months because of- 1.Unprofessional communication or behavior. 2.Unprofessional bosses. 3.Overstretched work pressure. 4.Toxic environment. 5.No any policies. No one like to change job frequently.. but the company working culture forces to do so.

Asian staff and owner very cooperative and helping Nature . More scope of implements of your experience. and expertise than explore to all shoes categories as like sports shoes ,Pu slippers , school shoes PVC and garments etc.

No job security,regular threat to hold salty and expenses,owner behaviour is toxic,directly call you to resign,fraud company,don’t settled f&f of the employees,no hr policy
