Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...re. There are no benefits given to employees. I REPEAT - there are no benefits. Forget PF, salary hike, promotion, insurance, paid leaves, sick leaves and any benefits you can think of. This is also the case for old employees not just for the new ones…. Just imagine… goshhh!! They have created a fake sense that they are a good ethical company, but nothing is ethical about their internal work. Some old review said that this company has a family culture, i refused to believe it but .. its is so truee.

Asian Adventures is today India's leading company for wildlife tourism. My overall experience in Asian Adventures is good, all employees are supportive and knowledgeable and My boss Mr. Mohit Aggrawal is too good, he is such a nice person I ever met. They don't support me in terms of monetary value because I'm intern there and company is also suffering because of COVID-19 Lockdown. So it's fine and natural I'm happy with Asian Adventures and wish some day I'll work for Asian Adventures as a employee.

People are so good . I learnt a lot many things and i take a ownership of my own. Now i am well experienced in the field of Operations and Sales.

Nothing but few, that first of all , 1) work should be in a systematic way. 2) they should hire people according to their profile, if the profile is not match able the candidate will not be able to perform,or he/she can not be complete the task .
