Worst Company ever i seen in my career. No job security,no leaves,No benefit, No timing . No work Balance. You will get stress in this company. Don't care about the staff, Full Arrogant attitude of manger. Only one benefit in this company You will get BP free of cost,😔.

Toxic culture in the company .Absolutely no respect as a person .Firing, raising voice at employees right infront of everyone, treating them like a doormat .Employees are being kicked out every month without any notice .No work related knowledge assistance training or ,handover is provided. Employees are under constant fear of loosing the employment any time.

Work pressure more,no support from manager, tension and stressefull life. No leaves, No proper management, Full attitude of managers, no good communication of managers, worst talking at site.

The Top management is easy to approach, there is job satisfaction and security until you do a fatal mistake.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike, just that the cafetaria options are pretty less, being a North Indian the food is not exactly to my liking (personal opinion). The company looks after it's employees very well.
