New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

We believe that asharfi developers and colonizers offered the best value for the overhaul and entrance for a building. They were wonderful to work with and always kept us in the loop to everything that was going on. They attended construction meeting and always had accurate information. The things that impressed me the most is the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of all the workers. Everyone on the team seems to be personally invested in producing quality work and communicating clearly to the customer. I they say they will have project done by that time.

I want progress in my job and addition in experience at different work during work I have no feel dislike about company they always motivate to me for hard work.
