Asked me to work for 3 months and then promised me to pay my salary but after 3 months, they started ignoring my calls and texts. The owner was focused more towards giving his nephew all appraisals and everything.

Very Bad company if you are joining here think like you have done biggest crime of your life . They will trade you like stock and never ever think link stability even if you are giving ur best .

This is a staffing firm so a few of the above rating parameters are not applicable. If your project ends or you are terminated from the client side, they will not help you get another project or client and ask you to leave with the FnF. It is a full time permanent just for name sake, and gives you false promises at the time of joining that they will find another project right away if one of it ends.
