There is no growth in this company. Employes salary delay 2 months or more. Never go on this company. They dont show supportive nature to their employes. If you ask for your salary they dont pick up calls. Or jo bhai apna future barbhadh nhi krna chahta toh is compnay mai maat jao. HR system is so disgusting. Never ever go to this company. There is no working culture. You may say this is a fraud company. Company do not want to pay their employees and their contractors for their work. This company is a group of few relatives who work only for their profit. Such company should be closed so that none can suffer.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
