It can never be good until the man ‘A’ himself doesn’t leave the premises. Absolute pathetic man, doesn’t have the qualifications nor the skills to manage the whole factory.

Dislikes

Insulting people like nobody’s business, its time someone should file a harrasment case on this man for harassing his own team. Doesn’t have a single sign of team management yet has been given the whole plant to manage! Shows how the higher management of the company is creating an environment for its people working at factory level to work in. No arrangement of proper food or water in the whole factory. People are falling sick due to, should be rated as the worst place to work!

Nothing.they give only salary on time

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Everything. Senior are knowledgeable they will not help you if you are stuck in something. No personal life balance. Anytime you will receive call from senior to come factory. No other benefits other that salary.
