Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

staffs are so many politicals with employe and notice period 3 months, you can notice period buy out process they demand your gross salary .rule and regulations are not same for all employees.they don't have finishing tools but he need mirror finish on the job.

They want mirror finish on job but they don't have mirror finish tools ( anti chatter tools ) maching with normal tools but thay expected mirror finishes i have used in a workshop antichatter tools for sandvik tools this is aerospace company but they don't have standard tools but expectations morethan standard tools i leaved this company main reason is no standard tools, very slow stage inspection, no perfect supervisor, no supervisor in shifts, if you have any dought not clear anyone if you are stopped working in this company they aren't giving your salary also iam saying with my 6 years of experience in cnc programming Workshop is better morethan this company just Designation is engineer but work is timepass only late machining time very slow speeds no any calculations for machining speeds and feeds This job is worst for my life that why i leaved...
