Low level politics, crass culture, unprofessional and downgraded bosses, extremely unethical practices, self inflated prices, poor quality, hostile work environment, no work-life balance, aggressive attitude, dirty and cheap mentality, micromanaging to the t, belittling, inappropriate use of language, gross behaviour, resistance to feedback, no growth. Word of advice, avoid!

...teform available here like Planing, coordination, execution, finishing, etc... Very punctual in salary deposit system every 1st date of month we received our salary.

Here you get Personal life, because you are having 31 PL +8 CL and sunday weekly off , here you can take leaves when required. HR policy is also good here you are having lot of benefits.

2 month notice period, if you server less than 2 month you have to pay back the rest off days salary +18% gst.

HR policy and leave policy only, Salary comes on time that's only one motivation to work there.

All HOD's sitting here with God Grace no core expertise. Not able to understand the work practice of the industry. Just create pressure on co worker below them. Work experience is worst there you will learn nothing else throwing the ball from one court to another court.

Now work life balance, all non tech head of department, uses abusive language with staff, no action taken on heads regarding female harrasment in smartspaces.. no job security... Policies are good implement ed in arvind mills but not in smartspaces. Don't join on the name of arvind limited.. there is a drastic difference in arvind Ltd and arvind smartspaces.
