... harrased mentally and physically. You can be kicked off anytime without notice. You won't be getting salary and other formalities. They keep your money and everything. No specific working hours. Hectic travel involved. No raise in salary and no growth. HR doesn't support employee and act blind. No learning. No reputation.

Everyone right from senior management to HR to other employees all are very good and understanding, great environment to work and very minimal work pressure

Dislikes

Career growth is slow and at one points learning curve comes at a halt. Senior management treats every deptt. differently especially at the time of appraisals. Some deptt. gets very good hike and some don't even gets a basic hike.
