The people in new management. They should know that, company is not good or bad, the management who runs, are good or bad. Currently the MD CEO - Vipin Jain, doesn't aware about the internal politics which may leads to loose so many good opportunities of their employees whom they should support in this bad time.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

During this pandemic, company has not deducted salary of employees instead given hike in salary for all who deserves basis performance. Senior management team is enrich of skills and knowledge. They all are good mentor for learners.

No job security, working culture is very bad, seniors are doing favour of loving person, company's policies is good but not in work.

Type of working is not good, very much pressure on branch level in collection. Work affecting from involving of sales dppt in collection. No power at branch level in collection like case allocation, incentive preparation. No appreciation to collection guys for good work, credit goes to sales person
