No growth in ARRISEBPO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD' company i have year's of experience in collection executive but no given promotion and salary also not enough to pay. New employee received good salary above 20k but old employee received 12k salary. No one care about employee I'm very disappointed

Work culture is pathetic, You will get blamed for others work, They hire anyone above you who is not at all having knowledge about the department. Expect anything from you which is not even your job. All the new work is assigned to the person who works alot. Always been under such supervisors who are having no sense of handling their job roles. You can be asked to resign if the company wants. Literally they hire anyone and give big big designations.

Worst experience in my whole life career, due to improper staffs and management the company name has gone down, worst managers in arrise bpo, everything will be going great if you are special to someone, you don't need to perform good you have to become spoon of your supervisor manager than only you can survive in arrise BPO, the upper management is good but the down stairs manager are worst useless and they require one khabri and who can become spoon for them

There is no any point to be give in dislike the company is good but the creap managers and their management is worst, they are not ops managers they are owners of the company as they think about them, they are going on making company down
