Job security - you will be asked to leave as soon as your boss who is not performing his duties sees you as a threat. No career growth until you got a sugar coated younger. Mid Senior Management is more in identifying reason of not making profit in business rather then enabling team to deliver more and perform their own tasks. There is no work life balance entire business units are being managed by people who are not competent and have no vision, including top leadership. Leadership believe that if a resource travels it's work without analysing if that travel gives and benifit to organization or if it is required at all. Directors have no vision what, where and how they want to take organization.
