New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Totally excluding the word extraordinary there's not even a minimum amount of satisfaction is received here

Dislikes

First of all during interview we settled as of to work as an microbiologist , but after joining here I'm being forced to perform all the duties of a chemist and few account and documentary also on regular basis within the amount . It was said that the daily work hours will be of 8 hours which is extended to 12+ hours after joining under same salary which was totally a fraud way of act from the authority . Even they brutally harasesd and fraud way over clearing over the payment of the recruiting body JHR Indian which is a well known and satisfying body .The behavior of the manager and other management individual is extremely bad rough and harassing... Over all it was an worse experience that I experienced from day one..!!
