This is a fake company.

I was associated with this company for 15 months. A completely fake company. No salary paid on time. Haven't yet received my relieving and experience letter yet even after 11 years. Many similar situations reported.

Learning is high only because managers don't do their part.

Almost everything. Salary never comes on time. Work environment is very negative. You are a mere resource nothing more. You are expected to work a lot more than you are supposed to. Hire and fire policy.

this is one of the horrible company i worked with. They dont pay employees salaries and once you leave them. you will not get end of service.

they dont pay employee on time and use their amount to extend their business. eventually once of you, they will not pay you your missing salaries and end of service. they will threaten you and if you are weak you will leave the money to them

...atureday or sunday too . There is no return or appreciation for your hard work . Salary wont come on time at the time i was with this company they were paying a month salary in two installments . Hire and fire is a normal thing . Any time u may face firing even if u are performing well then also . There's nothing praisable for this company . 40% employee are either relative of ceo or belong to his native village , they are only safe in this house others not . Overall a cheap company with cheap management and policies . Dnt spoil ur time joining this company .

They only promote malayali people. and that too from Palakkad only. IF someone is a failed businessman in palakkad, he has more chance of becoming head of a section in Arowana rather than people already working there. I came to know about one person who got appointed as architect in 2015. he never contributed any class library or a new framework to the company. Nor did he develop any product for the company. but he showed superiority and arrogance because he came from microsoft. and he bossed over software engineers to get managerial position, then he left job to take a much more higher salary.
