Likes

Kito hoists are definitely the best in the technology, reliability and quality. Armsel work culture, working environment is a big thumbs down, not a conductive environment for one to plan long term in the organisation. Company seriously lack structure, inexperienced top executives lack vision or even know how. Company is lucky to have a good mid-management that keeps this organisation in place.

Growth opportunities are very slow for any position. Top executives not open for ideas, most suggestions become a burden for the one who puts it up.
