Company HR is fraud

Dislikes

They dont give salary in time and even will not pay dues if you left the company for salary issue. Poorest organisation with uncivilized behaviour from HR and top management. They didnot pay my salary for last two months from my resignation.

The company has good projects at hand which allows the employees to be a part of something new and innovative.

The disbursement of salary is extremely inconsistent and no proper response is received from the authority regarding the same.

From my experience of working in different corporate company in India and abroad, I have not seen a single good thing in Arkitechno Consultant (India) Pvt Ltd. I was working with this company four months as Project Consultant on contract basis. This company runs on the whims of its MD and MD takes decision on the views of his pet person who does not have any skill on technical or corporate affair.

Dislikes

1. Company does not pay the salary to its employees for at stretch about 4 to 6 months. Company's MD Mr. Rajesh Roy Chowdhury always tells lie if he is asked about when the salary would be paid. Even company does not pay the guest house rent for months together nor the salary to maid/cook's or pay the rent for the hired car at sites. Company did not pay my one and month remuneration even after successful completion of the project and getting payment from the client. 2. Company did not pay the TDS (deducted from my remuneration) to govt. account. 3. Company does not provide Provident fund, ESI/Group medical insurance to its employees, which are basis requirements of employment. Even company does not pay travelling expenses to site engineers in time even after frequent follow-up. 4. In the company, no senior executive has the power to take decision of spending even of rs.10 without the permission of MD. 5. Whenever payment of bill is received from the client, entire amount gets diverted without paying the pending salaries of its employees. 6. Two times Company faced raids by the tax department also. 7. I got surprised to see how this company got ISO certification !!! 8. Its MD always tells the false whenever he is asked for payment by the supplier or by the employees.

...es timely salaries and it does not include PF& ESIC in the benefit of employees. Further, I would like to mention that whatever TDS it deducts from its consultants does not pay it to govt. income tax fund timely and during the last financial year company paid my TDS to govt . IT fund after the due date of ITR filing date and for them, it is first time in my 39 yrs , I had to file revised ITR during the last financial years 2022-2023.

Company management does not care about its employees and does not pay the monthly salaries even after 2/3 months, does not give benefits of PF & ESIC to its employees. I have not seen any good things in the company management and company management means a single person, not a single person other than director take any financial decision. There is no growth for its employees, but I don't know how they got ISO 9000 certification!

...experience with Arkitechno.Dont join this company,No one reply when you contact.Very bad system on salary after 4 months of joining they release first month salary in two parts after so many negotiate with hr. Jaise lagta hai bheek mangg rahe.
