No respect for people and their exp. No job security , once targets not met , the impression gets into stake and then there is no place for anyone to exist in the company. That makes existing employees to take advantage. Top management uses filthy & foul language irrespective of designation or exp. they carry if fail to perform. People join here on risk to raise their CTC and that's the biggest mistake they do. Systems and process are sluggish, payments to vendors are always delayed and sometimes not paid. Favouritism for gossip mongers is all time high. No environment of trust exists.
