No pay band, i worked here as a. Technical lead and getting less payment, they hire resource who is like senior engineer they are are getting equivalent pay what i am getting. I am good performer still they start crying in terms of payout

Working here is fun. Casino gaming is a very interesting industry but it's quite volatile. As of now company is doing great but casnio bubble can burst any day. Uncertainty in market leads to job uncertainty. Company policies are employee friendly.

The team and its people very helpful and friendly teammates.

Dislikes

Everything else apart from the Team and work. Compensation and pay is below industry standard. Appraisal is non existence. To much unworthy managers and politics in Appraisal

I liked the office space, co workers, and the salary here.

Dislikes

The company has recently fired 30% of its manpower in Gurgaon and Noida without any specific reason. The top performers were laid off too. That too without no prior communication or planning nothing. It was one random day they called a townhall and asked asked people to leave. The company has no regard for work life balance. Every employee has to stretch 7+ extra hours to get their day’s work done. The leadership shamelessly insists on normalising such work culture because it is how things work in any ITES according to them. There is organisational bias in the company and lobbying is common. Plus, they market themselves as GREAT PLACES TO WORK, so don’t fall for this gimmick. The company used to be better before but after people like Saurav have joined the leadership / directors, the company is facinv mass layoffs and no regard for employee harmony.
