Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I loved the data analysis work. No support during the COVID-19 lockdown. After informing and relieving last month till now the salary is not credited for 2 months.

No work-life balance. Salary is a big issue. Only work is taken from the organisation, but no credit for the hard-work. No proper HR in the organisation.

This company is fraud and Sam is fraud. He used to Chet people and get money out of it.

Dislikes

beware of fraud Sam. He has built his body out of money that he has stolen. These kind of people should be at jail. Instead of eating food from stolen money he can eat something else

I don't like anything provided in the company. I just like that I am not part of this company any more.

First of all there is no rating below 1 star. That's why 1 and this company doesn't even deserve this one star also. Worst experience as a Research Associate there. Everytime I get an email to review this company, that's why I am sharing my experience. In the interview they will promise us about the salary increment, better work environment, etc but no! They will never provide anything like they claimed. They have simply named the company "Aristocrat" but in reality there is nothing rather than just a name. They don't even provide basic facilities like restrooms, I still remember we went to a nearby hospital (Billtoth Hospital) to go the restroom. They will switch off the AC even in summer seasons.
