1. Very low retention rate. 2. A manager should act as a coach but in Areness there’s no guidance at all even when one requires it, the management never responds to the queries being asked. 3. Total lapse of communication between the management and the employees. 3. They hire you for one role however, the assignments pertains to some other domain. 4. There is no proper KRA and the job description changes as per the whims and fancies of the management. 5. The leave policy is haphazard and they can forfeit your leaves as they desire and even when you have existing leaves, you might get a LOP.

There is a lot to learn. There is a lot of work so you can experience different directions of work simultaneously

Work timings are a lot. There is no work-life balance and you are expected to work 24/7
