I would highly recommend not to go here better to just take offer and get better counter somewhere else. HR is god and they can come up with new policy anytime they want. No growth opportunity. Boss of the company wants you to always be available also dont go on leave not even sick leave.

No job Security: They bring in two freshers to replace you right before the salary hike cycle, using it as leverage to pressure you. While your hard work is appreciated on a daily basis, when the salary hike cycle comes around they forget what you've accomplished.

You work five days a week , but they can contact you any time, even on weekends also late night , and assign you solo task. if the task is delivered on time, the credit goes to the lead . if there's a delay, the responsibility falls on you Appraisal is worst Policies are worst Politics paly a huge role Frontend lead are very bad Politics is a major portion done by Team lead and manager
