1)I Like to have No Job Security here. 2)They Bring 3 Freshers as your replacement before Hike cycle to blackmail you. 3)You get good exposure related to politics.

...s delayed. 3) Politics is a major portion done by HR and Team Leads and manager. 4)They will offer you better package at the end of your Notice period and will trap you.

It was great experience with arcon our team was good i learnt new things with them.Good work environment and culture.but need to more improve in company policies, appraisal, salary hike and bonus.

No proper police for employe benifit.managment doesn't address our issues.salary growth is slow.

Working at ARCON Tech Solutions feels preety good co-workers are working at their are very helpful and cooperative. We enjoyed many festivals like one family too.

It is growing company and work load is also there but at some point we have think and realise on work life balance too in this area they can improve more. Cafeteria is small but can be manageable.
