Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Top management dont even try to get more projects, even madhya pradesh is full of oppurtunities. Even they have hired a Marketing Head just to get the projects and for 4 years he do nothing .

The worst company I ever seen , ( payment issues are created by company ) this company didn't give the executives payment their is no written work for resignation as well as when you put the resignation letter then the company didn't give you payment what the rubbish policy is this . And their is lot of work at company but payment is less . Tip :- Never join this company !!

1 or 2 of the employees who are experienced and well doing in their work & they were always supporting.

Dislikes

management is disgusting and very poor behaviour with staff. always uses insulting & freaky language. the profiles are not handled with profile related work but a lot of burden of other profile due to not hiring the required staff and thus showing money saving attitude.
