...th no knowledge will get support n promotion and talented people are cornered. Bonus will be given every year but no salary hike. There is no proper performance matrix.HR team is not efficient.the main reason I left because of toxic environment and no growth.

Experienced team mates, salary was average, we were growing well with experienced team leads. we new trick to do work easily. training arrangement was also very nice. It would be a good work place if it is continue to get new assignment of work.

Job security was major issue, because we are not getting added jobs due to higher fees quoted in comparison to others in the market. I left job just because of we were short in getting project. and my project was completed, i was not having work front.

Salary is very low compared to your years of experience and market standards. Unimaginable presure for Project Mangers, no work life balance. Lacks good and competent team resources.

...onnaire sessions will be conducted by which we can refresh and gain knowledge. Pay will be on time without any delay. Work Culture is good. Very Professional.

Experience is not their concern, is to fill the seats with who accepts for lesser pay, which all businesses look for now a days = (Cheap Labour). Arcadis does that well, hence pay wont be as competitive as per the current market. Promises wont be kept in terms of increment and promotion. If not you there are so many out there type of attitude. Bose's are human also so they will only think of their own self and family so to get quicker promotions and increments and benefits those under them have to suffer with discrimination. After so much struggle when a person come up then he follows the same attitude since he suffered once to reach this height, so this will be a chain of life.
