The support from management and teachers’ efficiency. Curriculum head and trainings . Principal is a very warm person and she is an empathetic leader . Exposure to students and Timely upgradation of curriculum.

Parents don’t pay fee on time .

The school provides a great learning opportunities to enhance your skill set, keeps you updated with the teaching patterns around the globe. You can only up after working in the organisation as per my experience.

There is nothing to like about this school. The work culture is pathetic. All money minded people and no progress. False policies and fake advertisements. I would never suggest anyone to work here. I guess any other school would be better than this. No family time. Meetings at any point of time and full time working. No respect for teachers and only exploitation.

The best part is everybody works in a collaboration .whether the higher authority or lower everybody is doing the work in unity . Very supportive environment and management was good.

What I dislike about the school is the uncertain working hours. Other wise it was good in all criteria.

The company gives a congenial environment for the employees to work. As an individual one gets an opportunity to grow professionally . Training and workshops are conducted time to time for the upliftment of the teachers.

Dislikes

As such at present there is nothing I dislike about my employer.
