The team where I used to work were all collaborate friendly with everyone and meet with different Nationalities, and company is good enough in recruiting the best staff.

Nothing but less pay. Less in the sense it is not matching to what I expect

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts. I love the fact that I am a part of a team That deals with high standard of quality products, customer service and has a brand in Gulf.

Dislikes

Compensation is discreet, but growth is very slow, the work pressure is very high. Corporate managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time, Appreciation E-mails from my client are mostly ignored or linked with something else. Also there is no job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step from company policy & procedure to the job assigned, Which is a pain sometimes.

It is a wonderful company that's the reason I have worked 6 years and I have gain the great knowledge about food ,how to handle a client, overall I say wonderful experience.

I can't say anything about this because nothing was dislike there was problem before when a started job but it was nothing about dislike

Befor around three years ago it was a very good company now its getting worse There is no salary increment no promotion onlye work hard 11 , 12 hours duty without overtime still i have my 600 riayls due and my returned ticket they did not gave me last 3 months almost 100 people gone exite but they cut their end of benefit money and did not provide even half of the flighy ticket and on that covid pandemic situation no one from our company asked that if we need anything even the water the did not provide we spend almost 5 months on cridite but companies people manager doesn't care any thing we all want our due money and our flight tickets money plz thank you

The big negative thing was manager if he likes you he will do what ever you will say he will shut his mouth while you are wrong and if you are not good with manager even you are not wrong doing good no appreciation if we have any difficulty or problem the dont want to listen but the will find one point to shout on us they like only bUttering
