Except new car sales, there is no focus on any other allied businesses. No clear direction and budgets to build allied business verticals.

Likes

Good benefits to the employees and I can say best in the market, there is a lot positive drive by the top management for innovation and ready to adopt the latest technology across the varied business of the group. It certainly adovacted and promotes multi cultural work force.

Dislikes

Politics in eating away particularly the After sales, disparity in salaries, no serious action being taken by GHR on the employee survey reports, unrealistic targets set and immense pressure being put on all the employees... Director level person uses filthy and abusive language in meetings and also demeaning other department HOD’S, threatening to terminate, absolutely no support from the department GM as he not capable to head a big profit generating dept
