Some arabic people are helping Inside your department.

Dislikes

Politics in department especially between Asian people. Some people don't want to give any increase for other workers. Only they gives their favorite people. Also asry HR DEPARTMENT, they don't want to take any headache in expatriate employees matter. If any problems with expatriate employees they are not helping also.

There is nothing to say any dislikes about the company. Only climate issue that's it. Very hot in summer days. The rest all very nice.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
