Only thing I like is salary on time.

Middle management and unprofessional poor skilled managers who are working since from many years having experience of only one or two companies and there outdated working style, as they don't want to update or sharpen there skills. Many good freshly joint employee left because of this unprofessional behaviour.

...is International (US) company with local (Indian) culture. Work culture is good. On time salary

Dislikes

Poor growth, no skill development activity, No emotional bonding between employee and management ( which was there earlier), Company policies are poor, bias management, Less than average pay.

Being a proposal engineer my manager was very cooperative, understanding and supporting. Nothing apart from that can be liked in this company

There is a list: 1) people from non-technical background can be a purchase engineer here. 2) very very poor appraisal policy. 3) worst hr and admin team. 4) after serving notice period of 3 months, you don't have assurance that you will get experience letter. For troubling you that can go to any extent 5) the sr manager HR(cannot be a HR. Don't know if she is qualified to be hr) is a very egoistic person. She decides the wages which are not as per market standards. 7) you can be abused. Bad words on mother and sister can be heard a lot. 8) appraisal policy is worst. 9) money is distributed to top guys (hod etc). It doesn't percolate till the junior guys. 10) though a technical company, still it is hr driven. 11) working to other companies with portfolio will be better experience than working with aquatech. To all the people who want to join Aquatech, think wisely and take the decisions.

Still they not given final settlement even I worked for 6years for them but they replied clientside has some pending payment after that we will pay final settlement. Now in 2025 they replied like this even 4 years ago

Average Work culture and excellent job security at Aquatech. For work-life balance Aquatech is one of the best companies, No pressure at all. Company policies are somehow outdated and high time to upgrade it. Company policies should percolate from top to set example for junior most employees. Management is good, supportive but too slow in decision making which is hampering business opportunities & growth. Meeting sales targets is a very very difficult talk in Aquatech.

Dislikes

Company work with very traditional approach and it’s hampered it’s own growth. Lack of ‘Out of the Box thinking’, which makes Sales job very very difficult. Decision making is very slow.
