SALARY TIMING IS NOT GOOD , THEY PROVIDED SALARY 8th OF EVERY MONTH , WORK CULTURE IS TOO BAD , SENIOR PERSON NOT HELPFUL , COMPANY HAVE TOO MUCH PROBLEMS, THEY DIDNOT PROVIDE DISTRIBUTOR CLAM IN EVERY MONTH . PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY .

Only Salary. We can get a handsome salary at the time of joining. After that don't wait for increase.

No job security, no professionalism, no work life balance. Maximum employees are instant terminated. HR Department is not stable in this company. In my entire career wrist experience in this company.

politics at its peak here. no increment no incentive. even can’t go outside the building during break time. no scope for skill development. increment only base on politics. working hours during month end is 14-16 hours. Zero office culture.

Aqualite is a big company in which every kind of development takes place, like from children's shoes to adults' chappals, pu sandals, flip flops, everything is operated by technical machines.
