There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 4 years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees

Likes

Very worst administration. They have divided the empolyee like one part is essential staffs and hard working staffs in their concern. The payment and other remuneration will be given properly for management staffs only. Others wil be cheated directly, and also sub contractors too. No one fraudulent and cheaters in iso companies at Chennai.

Dislikes

No one fraudulent in overall administrative employees. Very poor management in all sites. They have cheted in esi, pf and remuneration for all employees still now.
