Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Work-life balance after WFH.

Dislikes

salary very low. Company policy not followed by management. Saturday off they don't provide as it is company policy. No bonus, increment is very bad not care for employees. No one listens to you. Upper manager and TL behaviour is not good.

Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

...frastructure to accommodate employees because of which employees have to suffer. Immense work load, people are forced to sacrifice their week offs and work even on holidays without any proper compensation.

The company maintains a good work-life balance and follows a 5-day working policy. If an employee works on a Saturday, they can take a day off during the week at their convenience.

...mployees performing the same job roles, with differences reaching up to ₹15,000. Additionally, there has been no appraisal or salary hike for the past four years. This has been quite disappointing.

Nothing as seniors don't respect their juniors

Dislikes

Everything, from work culture to management, they let you work extra from working hours and don't tell you that you will get extra working hours/days salary. As i have working here from 5 months and now I got to know we get extra working hours/days salary also which I got to know from another employee, my manager made me work on my holidays plus extra working hours also but didn't informed me about this and i didn't got any incentives also.
