Since I am working from home I don't know what exactly goes in the office but in my experience, there has been no bad experience to dislike anything about the company.

Dislikes

The work environment turned from supportive to toxic over the last two years. After the layoffs last year, they started micromanaging and assigning extra work to everyone. Especially, the Operations Head only saw the R in HR and said that out bluntly on calls. There was no regard for work-life balance and I often had to work long past my working hours almost everyday. They gave us old laptops yet expected us to deliver world-class output. Not a company I would recommend to work for anymore.

Apposite is a great place to kick start your career where you can learn skills and knowledge regarding elearning and others from basics. Although, it is a small team of 20-30 people, it gives the best outputs to the clients and maintains good relationship with the clients. Apposite mainly focuses on the quality of their work and wants to give the best to the client regardless of the cost, which gives the work satisfaction when you give the beat to the client. It is a good working place who wants the challenges everyday in their work by inventing new things creatively and logically. Apposite encourages the people talents and also, recognizes who works hard. Work environment is very friendly and one can easily maintain the work-life balance.

Dislikes

Like every other work environment, it has politics but does not effect who stay away from them. Team needs to work as a team but not as an individual and should be ready to learn everything from their department.
