In my experience work life balance is perfect, No work pressure, No heavy workloads, You can enjoy your work. Calm and Quite work place with good companions. Designing new product is happen once per every one or two years. Remaining time, you are most probably doing the revision works. Better place for beginners who want to pursue design engineer. 1) Since there is no great work pressure and company falls under MSME, salary and increment benefits makes you a 'borrowing person' every last week of months 2) There are lot of free times & every Saturday & Sunday leave, it makes you ADDICTED to comfort zone life style

based on my one year experience in APPLIED AUTOMATION SYSTEM ,i was completely satisfied and gaineds many knowledge in wide area of many computer languages.i get max of hands on training and its a excellent platform for freshers to face and handle new exposures in this wide competitive field.

based on my personal experience there is no negative feedback but if there is a cafeteria.it would be even better.
