...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Environment was quite good. And this lab has very supportive teammates and colleagues.

Salary procedure was slow. And plus they utilise you completely and give so much work pressure. There is no good training for new employees.

Worst company . acute politics. High fees of courses. And want only effigy people on their department who support in their unfair acts.

Dislikes

Director behaviour. They are too biased n unethical. Favour only their old employees and believe blindly on them. They are puppet of old employees. No opportunities and support to new one. And senior department always plan to fire the new one who is good n creative. Specially l&D department.

I was there for about one year teammates were cooperative. I have learnt many more things there.working environment was average. There people alwys work for new innovations

The company is decent but growth is slow. Work pressure is high. Sometimes i have to attend the other works of other departments too. Due to lack of employees.

Company's atmosphere was good and co-employes were helping and cooperative. Appin gave me so many opportunities to enhance my skills and to know so many new things also.

Nothing yet except the fact that it took a long time in training.
