Salary deduction just for 1 minutes late. Although 6 time grace in 1 month but it is very oppressive when plant situated in area of heavy traffic jam.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The pressure is very high.

There is no appreciation nor the promotion channel in the organization.Increments are very less.Job security is not there.Not organised manner.

No work culture, no growth and learning, no cultural activity, Increment is like "150 rupeeya dega", No promotions, Management has no authority for anything. No system / standard in company for any work.
