There are no proper increments and salaries,20yrs experience people same salary and newly joined people also they offer same salary ..If anyone having 10 yrs experience outside and coming to join in Apollo,still they consider you in starting level.

Apollo hospitals like a semi central government. Every year everyone get Bonus, Talking about job security, the best example is in Covid pandamic situation all other private organisations removed their own and permanent employees but Apollo hospitals no single empolie removed, and give increments. so Apollo hospitals just like Central Government.

...epartment annoying behaviour and keep creating problems with working staff......not providing enough salary and also not providing salary on time.career growth is very low.

Very nice & feeling great to work in apollo hospital. All staffs are very famillier. Lots of training available for each n every aspect. Overall good experience. Only n only for one reason most of the employee are leaving apollo. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Very low salary scale. All r working under a low salary scale with very high work pressure although no any appreciation is there. The one who just do nothing for the department but showing a lot is getting more than one who is actually doing all what the one is describing that done by him. No appriciation. Otherwise it's my dream that I will stay lifetime with the apollo group but just bcz of this factor I had left.

No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate
