New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

... motivating when there is more respect to everyone without regards of seniority. The salary for all should have a basic as they conveyed while joining to be maintained. The mess at hostel should be as suitable for all staff is much more good, sometimes it focuses only on the majority staff at which location.

...ular training is provided with fabulous infrastructure and advanced equipments . Salary paid without any delay. Always free to contact higher authorities for any queries. Pakka accommodation with good food. The most special thing of Apollo is the way we taught to greet as NAMASTE with joined hands and bowed head. Apollo is the foundation where my career started and I'm happy to say that I'm a part of Apollo family. It really gives a feel of being with family.

Totally worst.

...their their ESI have to have but supritendent say that hospital paying for you. That is reason I am resigned from there worst hospital also when I resigned increment was not mentioned salary of last year payroll mentioned. That was because Nursing Incharge(Mrs Narayani) not updated properly also not updated Punch attendance.

Not enough salary... the work pressure is very high... specially in night shift... but salary is very low as compared to other hospitals... so i dont recommend this hospital to anyone from salary point of view.. but for experience it is good if u are working in icu.. in ward there is lot of work pressure... u cant plan by your own... u hv to beg for everything so i dnt like it
