Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

No job security, they threw out over 100 employees from Mumbai due to COVID but their International office are running well and fine. Just not fair.

You will remember your school day. The Director (MJ) is like Priniciple of Primary School. and Your mnanager (PN) is non technicall guys. Also very depressed guy, U will feel hell when you will interact with him

You will be judge by Camera. How many hours u can sit , This is paramaeter for your performance. You will be treated like Prisoner inside the Office, Even you cannot go for Lunch with your money. They will count how many times you go in cafeteria and how much Tea you take, They have only one cake for Birthday Celebartion among 100 Employee. No training and Skill development . The Management is having very conservative and orthodox thunking. If you perform well you will get 7 % Hike and if you performed Bad the same rule is applied . they will show you that we have given you good merit points but once you get apptraisal you will realise it was Lolypop only.

Company is really good, However since this is a travel industry & due to coronavirus pandemic, the effects on travel industry has been worst so company is closing down some of theirs office across global level
