They pay you on time at the end of every month without fail or delay. You'll be paid bonus for doing overtime during their busy tax filing season.

Dislikes

1) Office politics and bullying-: co workers will harass you to no end. Make your life miserable. Complete cut throat competition among employees, colleagues. They'll literally eat you alive if you're not cunning enough. 2) No Job security-: There's no job security. The company may fire you at anytime without giving any explanation. They hire young graduates on contract basis during their busy season on promise of making it permanent but shuns them as soon as tax filing season is over. 3) Pathetic working hours-: They will make you work 10 to 12 hours during weekdays and also on weekends (Saturday and Sundays) during their peak tax filing season.

The management is not at all care for employee hopes. They have a very pathetic way to earn money for organisation by asking employees to work more for retention and incentives but they don't respect the employees hard working abilities and without prior one on one meeting the management will necked us out after contract and they won't give us on time salary every month you will be getting salary after 10th. The management will ask us to work 12 hours after joining if we don't do it they will take disciplinary action and we don't get paid for extra hours . There is no security for women employees. Don't join guys you will spoil your time if we work any other organisation you will be getting better reputation for the 2023 year there are atleast 250 employees was necked out by the organisation. For every year they hire new employee s and use them as their some times you need to work on Sundays

AOTAX is really a wonderful company yeah it's a leading and successful growing company. I really got wonderful work experience and lot's of subject and new things with AOTAX. And also AOTAX will give ontime salaries and good hikes But it's not a permanent opportunity it were hired only on season on contract

Everything is good with AOTAX because I really got wonderful experience and knowledge. But it is not continue longer because they mostly hire for contact based on season. I was worried when my contract ended because I had a good attachment work wise. That's the only thing I dislike apart from that everything was great experience. And also there was no cab facility

Working experience with AOtax was really awesome. The Tls and managers are very cooperative. A nice platform to explore your skills. Training details: They provide 15days training after you have selected.

Working in Ao tax was really good experience got to learn so many new things. But I personally did not get any support or encouragement from this organization. Meddle class people like me It was terrible to manage this lockdown. Inspite of this stressfull situation they have terminated me it was so heartbreaking for freshers like me to take it.

There is no such as job security in this company and they do partiality. Inspite of doing hardwork and work dedication there is no encouragement given to the employees
