1. The high salary is the trap. They give you so much, that it becomes very difficult to leave. And that's the only way they can get new talent in company 2. No appreciation at all. Very toxic culture 3. No training or skill development 4. Its a dead end job. No challenges 5. Heavily understaffed with no inclination to hiring. My team was 32 member team till 2018 which reduced to 11 people by 2023. More people were leaving it than joining. But workload remained the same

Work pressure is more. And when it comes to hike or bonus... You should not expect anything cause sometime you may not expect anything... Just because to give come one els.. Pramotion you can get in dreams only.

...approachable, company believes in euality and its good to see no discrimination. Pay is okay, could be better. Transport is good, cafeteria food needs to improve. Overall, a place where you can learn and grow, if you have the will.
