This company is a classic example of how NOT to run a workplace. This company operates on fear and control rather than teamwork and motivation. The management keeps lawyers on standby to fire employees over the smallest issues. They constantly spy on employees through CCTV and create a toxic atmosphere where even taking a five-minute break can get you humiliated. This is a toxic workplace that will drain you mentally and professionally. Do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction!
