The only positive aspect was that the salary came on time.

Dislikes

Management has worsened during the lockdown. It feels as if lives are not cared about. People are made to work 11 hours a day. No compensation. No acknowledgment. No appreciation. Work from home is not given- even asking repeatedly and telling how unsafe it is to come to the office daily.

Likes

Literally Nothing, There is no system to follow, No Standard procedures, No SOP's, System gets changed every month and something new comes up every time. Managers roles are shuffled by higher management very often due to their uncapable working nature. There is no specific Presence for HR department and their manager, They generally dance according to the Higher management order, and they generally serve basic purpose like deducting the wages if you miss the attendance and forget to fill in the leave etc.

Dislikes

...ent is awful, they don't even provide minimum amenities like tea, transport etc. After your resignation they will even stop the salary for the complete notice period by making your life even more pathetic to live. Its not the companies policy to stop the salary but they intentionally do it to test our patience. Job security is completely unpredictable, I have seen people asked to leave for minimal mistakes.

Not any kind of job security, even after leaving job u will not get your balance salary and certificates whatever you attempt all your notice period. Management is fully erogent

Dislikes

Nothing to like about it. You have to do ur job min. 12 hours a day. And after that u have to come at night also if they order you. Factory manager is 10 th pass person with very bad nature.

It is best company to start your courier here. Best learnings as large range of products they manufacture.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance specifically in Manufacturing department of the company they make you work 11-12 hours a day this is just too much. Even you may or may not have leave on Sunday.
