APL is multi products manufacturing organization. So that lot of scope to improve yourself & organization growth also.

Doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good organisation to work with. Unfortunately could not maintain a long working period but no worries. Staf is co-operative and friendly with good work culture. Although Strict work timings yet leverages in leave policies and many more. Good ethics values from MD to a lower grade person. Felt obliged in working with APL

Every organisation has some drawbacks but I felt nothing such to dislike much afterall if You are good then everyone you will find well.

Company culture very bad, this is not good company for professional and other person because working culture of this company is not manage by capable seniors and always interference by owner of this company

Company provides a great learning platform. There is collaborative working environment. The organization is open to ideas and change. Its good to be a part of one of the fastest growing chemical company.
