...es are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they are also giving good salary hike and bonus every year. This company is secure for everyone specially for womens.. All are very polite with each other

I would not say I dislike anything but since no system is perfect in any organization and there are definitely some short comings like no free food facility, no free resources for study available here.

There was nothing as such which inspire to do smart work or hard work.

The office culture was poor the director always try to demine and demotivate the employee and they strictly denied to do not be friendly with the cooligues.
