Operation manager sonu yadav is pathetic person.mr utsav please verify that he send mcd person intentionally and paid amount from cafe and his commission is always there.he force employees to leave the job so he can be safe in company.please dont trust him blindly he is a jerk .wo is company ko kha jayega chor h sonu yadav.he never want grow the company.he always think about himself. housekeeping egency also give commission to him ranjana also part of this.

I had an amazing experience with ANR FOODWORKS LLP and highly recommend to anyone to work with them. Directors are true leaders to help their team in both personal and professional ways. Company culture are remarkable and timing are flexible.

Company is treating their employees very badly. 1. They provide you only 23%service charge after such hard work, remaining goes to HR MANAGER. 2-They live by hire and fire rule if somebody is resigning. 3-No Providend Fund, No Gratuity 4- The HR Manager will implement new policy of not providing service charge if leaving the firm in settlement amount. 5- No promotion if also working for long time. Increment % is 6% only! 6- Operation GM will not provide any help to promote any employee and will blame employees of integrity issue so that they leave the firm. Neither he provides any evidence. Hoping the owners will check where is the MCD and Housekeeping amounts are settling. MCD guys are forced to make challans so that the amount can be taken from the company..HR also is aware!

Company owners are very good in every terms. Owners vision is very good.

Dislikes

Company owners assigned some people's who were the part of management. But they it self don't know the spelling and actual meaning of management. They can hire or fire any one for there personal benefits.
