Everywhere plus and minus will be there. Every one will tell only the negative and not the positive. We need to adjust to the vision and mission of the company to achieve something for the betterment.

Nothing except hands on experience on projects though as it's a start up

Worst company ever I have seen no moral values, your work will not be valued you will be treated like an use and throw paper If you put paper even though reason is acceptable they will treat you as a enemy bribe money for an unsigned bond(that too will be informed after putting paper) and threaten you by not giving your original certificates previously given to them in the name of document verification and experience certificate, best example for a company with full of politics and worst behaviour by the management. No professionalism will be followed in this company.
