Annet Technologies provide good opportunities for freshers. The technologies used are updated and they also provide internal soft skills trainings for all the employees. The company organizes outdoor picnic, sports activities and the festival celebrations. The Workin hours are also flexible.

Dislikes

For freshers they provide less salary compared with the market. Even after completing a year you may not get involved in any project and continue just with R&D with different technologies.

Managment is taking more pay and Lower level employees are not getting enough pay as they are working hard and the one who delivered more in terms of profit

Work From Home, Travelling expenses reimbursement for office to home on last day during COVID shut down, salary cut done will be be refunded in future, etc this are one of the ways how Annet is supporting us.

Dislikes

No overtime allowance generally, no sick leaves in probation period and no partition between two desks.

Company's overall environment is good. People are very much frank. One can not find himself alone there. Lots of fun.

Dislikes

Growth is limited. Increments are good but overall package of the people are less. And important point is company does not work on latest technologies and management and hr is poor.
